The physical limits
The Fredericia Exhibition Centre is a modern exhibition and conference centre. With 33,000 m under one roof we are Denmark’s third largest exhibition centre, and in fact there are only a tiny handful of Danish exhibitions that are too large for us. We have at all conceivable service facilities at our disposal in our exhibitions halls, and the conference centre, which is also Denmark’s newest, has rooms for up to 600 people.

Corporate exhibitions are our trademark
With one large hall of 16,000 m2, which is also Denmark’s largest, 3 small halls of 4,000 m2 each, a 2000m2 main building and entrance hall, 3000m2 conference centre and up to 100,000m2 of outdoor exhibition and demonstration areas, Fredericia Exhibition Centre can furnish both large and small corporate fairs and exhibitions.
Today we house a wide range of corporate fairs, some of which, for example BYGGERI and Rehab, are remarkable for being Scandinavia’s largest within their field. At the same time, the combination of indoor and outdoor exhibition areas offer completely new opportunities, for example the LIB – Corporate fair for agricultural machinery and technology is Northern Europe’s only agricultural fair where visitors can test drive the machines on show.
Apart from our actual size and central location, our customers place great importance on good journey conditions, our large gateway measurements (6 x 6 metres), the available height in the halls (up to 12.5 metres) and the fact they can drive directly into the halls for loading and unloading.

We don’t have ”service targets”
It’s fashionable to set service targets for employees and businesses. We don’t do this simply because all employees at the Fredericia Exhibition Centre provide the best service in any situation. The exhibition and visitor analyses performed after each event prove that the Centre’s employees meet our customers’ expectations.

Know-how and experience cannot be bought
When you choose to work with the Fredericia Exhibition Centre, you won’t just get a perfect backdrop, good service and a brilliant location. You will also gain access to a wide range of employees who all possess many years of know-how and experience, and that’s something that can’t be bought but has to be acquired through many years of work on fairs and exhibitions – both here and at other exhibition locations in Denmark

We arrange...
We are used to arranging corporate fairs. Some fairs we arrange ourselves, whilst others are arranged in collaboration with one or more industry organizations. Over the course of the last 15 years the management and staff of the Fredericia Exhibition Centre have been behind many well known corporate fairs, spanning from construction and contractor material for HVAC and electricity to computer technology and the timber industry.
Although we can’t know everything about every industry, we make great efforts to enter into the spirit of the industry in question. The first thing we do is to appoint an exhibition committee consisting of members of industry associations and employees of the Fredericia Exhibition Centre.
In this way we have access to exact knowledge of the industry and its market, whilst industry associations get the say they need.

You arrange...
You can hire our halls if you would like to arrange your fair yourself – our technical department will take care of every practicality before, during and after the event. Naturally you also have the choice to cherry pick from the services we provide, for example if you need help with sales, project management, marketing and/or press work.

Collaboration and confidence is key
As you can see, you can use us in many different ways – we offer every form of cooperation. However, regardless of the form of collaboration you choose, one word always repeats itself – confidence. All cooperation, regardless of form, is built upon confidence and at the risk of dispelling the myth of Jutlandic understatement, we want to say that you can have quiet confidence in us – our years of experience means that we know our craft.

What does it cost?
As a rule we can only answer this question once we have had the chance to find out the customer’s needs. How many days will it last? How much space is required? What services can we contribute?
